Hi, I’m Tri Nguyen. I build practical AI and SaaS systems.
I’m a Python-focused full-stack engineer with 10+ years of experience building production software across Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the U.S. I currently work as a founding engineer at a U.S. startup, building AI-powered SaaS systems with FastAPI, LLM integrations, automation workflows, Stripe billing, API integrations, and production infrastructure.

ProdReadyAI is a real product architecture project.
This site was built to show how I approach modern product engineering end to end, not just polished UI demos.
The goal was simple: keep it lightweight, fast, and practical, but engineer the core system like a production SaaS.

Private FastAPI behind a BFF
A private backend service sits behind secure same-origin routes instead of exposing internal APIs directly.
Auth and billing
Firebase Auth and Stripe
Authentication, subscription flows, and webhook-backed billing behavior are treated as real product concerns.
Deployment
Google Cloud Platform deployment
The product is designed to run on Google Cloud Platform with production-style deployment, CI/CD, and safe database migration practices.
AI and reports
Scanner and report pipelines
Automated scanner and report pipelines are part of the build, and I work with both OpenAI and Google Gemini for practical AI product workflows.

The product structure already supports localized pages, so adding more languages later is easier and cleaner.
